You can rest assured that any member of the European Association of Will Writers has been trained to the highest standards and has to abide by our rules and code of ethics and have Professional Indemnity cover of a minimum of £1m.

DATA PROTECTION: THE ASSOCIATION’S APPROACH  TO DATA PROTECTION
It might under some circumstances be necessary for the Association to keep on file some personal information; that is, any information obtained from our members (you) or their clients in connection with the service or product supplied to you or to them and which is supplied by us (The Association) or others with whom we deal and who are similarly obliged to comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the provisions of the Act and we do all we can to ensure that the information is accurate and is up to date. Your privacy and that of your clients is important to us and to you and the clients and we promise to respect all personal information.

We will only disclose personal information to:
a) Confirm, update and improve records
b) Identify and market products and services that we believe may be of interest to you
c) Analyse and develop client and member relationships
d) Help in processing applications or requests made by you and those
e) on behalf of your clients

Information will be disclosed to third parties if it is necessary for the performance of the Association and will benefit its members, or if you have given your consent to other uses or if such disclosure is required or permitted by law.
