WHAT IS THE E-GUIDE ? It is a Guide and reference manual to stress-free, effective estate planning. The information relates principally to estate planning in England & Wales. However, most other countries [ generally in Europe ] will allow wills which are valid in England and Wales to obtain ‘second’ grants of probate where the deceased owned property in more than one country, subject to their own laws on inheritance being satisfied. Generally, however, the principles outlined in this e-book is worthwhile guide for all estate planning needs.

The guide is drafted for:-

(1) TESTATORS who want some sensible information before they get into drafting a will [ or meeting a will writer ! ] so they can decide how they can match their circumstances, both financial and personal, to what is available in the estate planning armoury. They will also be able to ‘steer’ the will writer, whether a solicitor or otherwise towards a solution they really need.
(2) for WILLWRITING PROFESSIONALS – either new to the business or experienced who want information and precedent documents to assist them in their business and
(3) for TRAINERS within the profession who need lecture notes and allied information to enable them to run meaningful, worthwhile courses based on the years of experience and professionalism which this GUIDE reflects.

REMEMBER – YOU CANNOT GET THE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS – UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT TO ASK ; YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHAT TO ASK UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT THE SUBJECT !

The reference manual comprises many parts and comes with many precedent documents. The first part is of general information for everybody whatever their interest in the business. The parts become progressively more detailed, and there is a special section for those who want to become will writers and / or teach the subject.
There are very many precedent form / documents for almost every situation, and they are spread throughout the manual.
